This Schedule of Charges outlines the applicable fees for services offered by Squarelay (“Squarelay”, “we”, “us”, “our”). All charges mentioned below are subject to change at Squarelay’s discretion. By using our services, you agree to this Schedule of Charges.
1. Revisions Policy
- 1 revision is provided free of cost with applicable services
- After the free revision is used, each additional revision will be charged at ₹50 per revision
- Revision requests must be limited to the original scope of work
- Major changes or rework may be treated as a new service and charged separately
2. Custom Domain Setup Charges
- Custom domain setup service is available at a one-time charge of ₹299
- This amount is charged as a convenience / setup fee
- Domain purchase cost (if applicable) is separate and not included unless explicitly stated
3. Portfolio Update Charges
For portfolio-related plans:
- Any update or modification to the portfolio will be charged at ₹99 per update
- A maximum of 30 updates per month are allowed
- Unused updates do not carry forward to the next month
- Updates beyond the monthly limit may be declined or charged separately
4. Scope of Updates
Updates may include:
- Content changes
- Text edits
- Image replacements
- Minor layout adjustments
Major redesigns, feature additions, or structural changes are not included and may be charged separately.
5. Changes to Charges
Squarelay reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Schedule of Charges at any time without prior notice. Updated charges will be published on the website and will apply going forward.
