Squarelay is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or job placement service. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, job offers, salary increases, or career advancement of any kind.

2. No Guarantee / No Warranty Disclaimer

Squarelay provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• No guarantee of job placement
• No guarantee of interview calls
• No guarantee of salary hike or promotion
• No guarantee of career success or growth

You acknowledge and agree that the effectiveness of a resume depends on multiple factors beyond Squarelay’s control, including but not limited to:

3. User Responsibilities
